I’m Mary and I am a food and fitness addict.
I eat real all-natural food. I don’t consider myself a follower of the Paleo, Primal or Caveman diets. The majority of the time, I try to eat foods I could grow in my garden (if I had one) or raise it on my farm (when I get one!). I eat this way because I have found my body runs better when it is not consuming any processed foods, dairy or grains.
I am a student at Western Washington University studying Kinesiology with a concentration in Pre-Healthcare. I graduate in the Spring and will be looking for a career in Corporate Worksite Wellness. I work as a Personal Trainer at the WWU Rec Center and teach group fitness classes there as well.
My sport of choice is Crossfit. I have been doing Crossfit for over two years now and have competed in a handful of different competitions. I also have competed in Strongman and Powerlifting. I love lifting heavy things and constantly being challenged to grow.
